  • Confirm your seminar registration and provide event details
  • Send reminders and updates related to your registered event

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for applicable charges.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subprocessors (such as our messaging platform provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages described above.

FSG uses an SMS platform to send text messages on our behalf. That platform processes your phone number only as needed to deliver messages you have opted into. It does not use your number for any independent marketing purpose.

4. How We Share Your Information

FSG does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our website and deliver event communications. These providers (such as email platforms, SMS delivery platforms, and registration software) receive only the information needed to perform their specific function and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.

Presenting Professionals

Financial Seminar Group manages all registration and event communications. Following the event you attend, we provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number to the licensed financial professional who presented, so that they may contact you to follow up and to offer their products and services.

The presenting professional may contact you by email and telephone. They do not receive your text-messaging (SMS) consent and will not send you text messages; all text messages are sent solely by Financial Seminar Group, and your SMS consent is never shared with the presenting professional or any other third party.

The presenting professional is an independent party and is solely responsible for its own communications with you and for compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements. You may opt out of these communications at any time by notifying the presenting professional directly. Once your information has been provided to the presenting professional, any subsequent relationship or communication is solely between you and that professional. Financial Seminar Group concludes its role at that point and is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, that relationship or those communications.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FSG or others.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
